Hmm, where to start...

If this is finished, then "ouch!". The Flash at the top, whilst pretty, =
is
very distracting and takes up too much real estate for my liking.

Why on EARTH is all the main text a graphic?! What's wrong with real =
text?
It's not like you needed a graphic, as this text is pretty standard and =
not
an unusual font. I also wouldn't use tables, I'd build with divs. All of
this is bad news for search engines...

Where can I turn off the music? Irritating when people don't put the =
option
on their sites.

Your menu disappears once you've clicked on it and moved away from the
homepage.

Your thumbnails on the Clients page are misleading, as they don't go to
where they suggest.

And what's with the pink?

Sorry, nothing personal, but I find it pretty poor overall.
