I would agree with the comments from others,

Sound needs a mute option, the flash takes up way too much space seeing as
it is just a navigation to which you only have on your home page, it
dissapears when you go to other pages which is madness.

Also a lot of your text is just images which is not that bad in terms of
viewing it but for seo purposes thats crazy. Though going back to it as
visuals the graphics are not very clean, jpegs I see, try something like png
instead much cleaner.

Although I did say your flash is very big it is very nive too! :) So it's ok
but needs a few tweaks here and there.

The pink I don't like, there are better shades of pink you could of used.
