Hi Ashley,

Well here goes.

I've checked the site and here are my comments.

The footer is covered by the WC3 logos and bounces from side to side
when you move the mouse over parts of the page.
The doctype is for HTML 4.0, you really should be using XHTML 1.0
strict. Saying that, you have some tags i upper case and lowercase.
Always use lower case tags. Get rid of the font tags, use CSS.

One of my biggest gripes, is the use of GIFs. 99% of all browsers now
support PNG, use them, they are much better than GIFs.
