Looks like a clean, info-orientated, fluid-layout design to me. The =
HTML/CSS
mark up is clean and SEO friendly too, with minimal reliance on =
graphics.=20

The overall effect is pretty plain, but it depends what you're looking =
for.
I personally think Craig Russell's own website (www.craig-russell.co.uk)
strikes a better balance between clean look/code and creative flair - =
you
could ask for a step in this direction (more colour in top =
banner/footer)?
