So take them to small claims court NOW for payment, then contact a
solicitor. if you are a member of FSB, Chamber of Commerce or PCG, their
legal helplines should be able to give advice about IP.

On the software front....ever considered involving FASA? If the company
is that untrustworthy, then I have a feeling a lot of software will be
illegal on their site.

Something similar happened to a friend of mine. He took his action to the
small claims court. The other party lied in court and were found out. They
ended up in prison for libel. A very just result....
