You just need to forward port 3389 (the same way your probably forwarding
ports for email like 25 and 110 etc.) to the internal IP of your work
machine (e.g. 192.168.1.21)
Make sure your work PC has remote desktop access enabled in the system
settings and that any software firewall is also allowing port 3389.
