Don't knock dreamweaver. It's a heck of a powerfull tool when used
correctly I use it myself, but then again I am a hand coder (none of this
point n click on menu bar milarky) and I mainly use it for the pretty
colours, the self completing syntax and of course the ftp and site
management options which I find aren't up to scratch on the freebees out
there. It's like many tools. When used shoddily, you get shoddy work.
But on the subject, if clients are willing to pay people just starting out
then that's up to them. It's only good business sense to get what you can.
The thing to ask afterwards is if the quality of the work is worth paying
the price for. In my exp it's hard to get people to pay top whack until you
have a good relationship with them and they rely on you for your service.
Slowly, slowly catch the monkey as my mum used to say.

You start on the same day as a guy using Dreamweaver who is on the same rate
as you when you have 10 years in the bag.
