You need to be very careful when up against large public bodies who have their
own in house legal teams.

Where commercial contracts (amongst others) are concerned you can be 'wrong'
when you are 'right', litigation is often referred to as 'battle of the forms'
and on a large percentage of occassions he who has the legal resource or biggest
budget will often win.
