As regards the "First impressions count" statement, this appears to come
from "Web Page Design"* - the same book holding a heading: "Tables: the
cornerstone of design". {chuckle}
Have a heart for Adam - we all started somewhere. His website and efforts
will no doubt improve with experience and healthy feedback - as will his
pricing structure!
