why not do it as a deferred invoice arrangement?
e.g. you contract to work at your normal hourly rates but defer
payment until after the launch date at which time your invoice will
be presented and may be paid by:
* cash
or
* x hours of referred work
you can then make clear the value of your time and how and when that
value will be repaid.
a suggestion....
