Say we came up with a list of rules, it would be better to keep them in
a "document" type format.

Also I'm not sure if this is the correct place for such a discussion, it
could radically alter the nature of the group if the idea is popular,
which I for one would not approve of.

I enjoy the diversity of questions here, and this discussion could
become long and complex and of no interest at all to the majority of
people on this group, if that becomes the case I'm sure we would be
asked, quite rightly, to take our planning somewhere else.
