Not a bad name, and for me quality control is essential.

I made a point on the group that as a self-regulating body the
membership should only allow things that the membership know about. So
if we know nothing about how to do good SEO, (unlikely) then we would
not be able to judge an applicant's ability and may well reject them so
as to protect the overall standing of the group.
SEO is a bad example, because I'm sure the membership will have lots of
people to judge if someone knows how to do a good job rather than
selling snake oil.
