FN-FORUM: Ticket logging software

Hi All

I'm looking for a good PHP based open source or license based ticketing
software to incorporate into a CRM system so that calls can be logged
and tracked with escalation options if unresolved for a period of time.
Ideally with a CMS system to configure the parameters of the ticket.

Anyone know of a good solution?
