Re: FN-FORUM: Elearning CD

This has to have QTI-compliant multiple choice questions, so I was
hoping for some feedback on IMS QTI authoring tools and players.

(OK, I suppose I could just read the XML spec for QTI, but that seems
beyond the call of duty for a non-developer)
