FW: FN-FORUM: forming a ltd
date posted 16th August 2007 15:03
Hi Terry,
One big advantage of running a ltd company is the fact, that if you go
bankrupt as a company, allegedly your personal belongings as a director
can't be touched. The one thing I find extremely annoying though is all the
paperwork associated with running it, the insurances you have to have, the
accountancy bills - it involves a lot more administration. The Companies
House website does certainly contain a lot of information - that's probably
the best one to start and your accountant

Subject: FN-FORUM: forming a ltd
Hi all
I'm contemplating forming an ltd company.... i've only briefly looked
into it but it's seeming a bit of a mine field. Has anyone got
experience of this process and good sites with advice etc... i've seen
companies house site and others that offer online formations... any
recommendations grealy received.
