Hi Neil,

Sorry I'm not aware of that....we opened our ltd and bank accounts almost 7
years ago...back then I didn't have to sign any forms and as far as I'm
aware I'm still not responsible if things don't work out.

I shall ask the accountant next time I speak to him though

Hasn't a new law been passed recently, whereby Directors of Ltd companies
will be responsible for paying companies debts?

The reason for asking, is my bank asked me to sign a form, whereby I am
personally responsible.
