TinyMCE is in my mind one of the best.
Easy to integrate into your site, different settings displaying different
levels of toolbar, and of course you can specify which buttons you want to
appear.

Well, FCK is probably as good as it gets. It's actually one that Adobe
use in the latest version of Coldfusion to provide rich text editing.

Sorry, I guess I didn't make myself clear enough. I'm looking for a
web-based editor where an user can edit/create pages without knowledge
of HTML.
