I've had similar problems with FCK Editor, and the same could be true of
TinyMCE, but it is worth pointing out that with some of the
configuration options you can set what buttons are displayed, so if you
just want bold, underline and italic than that's all you configure
tinymce to do. When the customer then comes back to you to ask for more
you can explain why that not be a good idea, and if they insist then you
sell them support to fix their errors and change the tinymce
configuration rather than setup a new inline html editor.
That's what I do anyway.
