I get this with all my customers who have BT as their ISP
All they have to do is ring BT themselves say it is their domain, say who
it's registered to and it will be sorted with 1-24 hours
It was fine with an organisation where people have email addresses to work
with from home. So wouldn't be the owner of the domain name.
