who owns the email address that's getting the paypal funds?

The Tax Man has been eyeing up Paypal because of the large amounts of
cash moving through on Ebay...

My BIL had issues with Paypal when his account had moved a few
thousand through it over a few years - not sure what Paypal has to
say, except I have no doubt they will have covered their own
backsides...

hiding from the taxman isn't easy when you're exposed on t'internet!
