Right, if I don't access it for few mins (dont know exact time), it
spins down. I looked at device manager - no settings I can use.
Although it does show drive's power state capabilities - PDCAP D0,
PDCAP D3 and PDCAP_WAKE_FROM_D0, whatever those mean...
