And I second that. I use Moneybookers, and it's working perfectly. It
accepts various payment options, such as credit card and bank transfers. But
I'm also not sure about Iran in specific, but it'll probably work.

But please note Moneybookers does not do "bank transfers". You can deposit
money *from* your bank account. And the payee can "withdraw" money to
his/her bank account or their VISA debit card. The whole process ends up at
a very reasonable cost.
