most browsers have a kiosk mode, so could be made to use one site
only. (I suspect you'd need two - to include the payment processor
pages)

the only trouble is, that it's very unlikely that customers will
trust the garage's computer with their credit card details, if it's
being used by everyone. (you would have to make sure that you turned
of all autofill options in the browser you choose, and find a way of
disabling the back button, so people couldn't view the last users
details.... and even then...
