Should the excellent suggestion of setting up a browser in kiosk mode
fail here is an alternate solution.
Setup a linux box. do ping "www.nameofsite.com". Take the ip address and
put it in /etc/hosts
Then delete everything in /etc/resolv.conf
The computer will only then be able to reslove the required domain. All
other websites will fail.
You may have to add a few other websites if the one in question requires
them to work. (But that's unlikely).
