Simply encode the filename string in asp with server.urlencode(string), that

ActiveCollab should be able to be put on an internal server - so long =20
as there's an accessible HTTP address to it, anyway. I've had =20

I ended up using www.slimtimer.com, seems to do the job. I have it on
the right in firefox as a sidebar so it's always open when I need it.
