As I said earlier, http://www.htmlvalidator.com/ is great, does a lot
more than validate your code like accessbility, even the lite or free
online version is worth using over the w3c one, also with batch mode you
can validate the entire site easily.
If anyone wants to see the output of the pro version I'll run it against
your site so you can see what the difference is between what the w3c
validator shows and what it produces.
On a side note there are times when you will never validate fully due to
how you want your site to work, e.g. using target on a xhtml strict site
or if you have user generated content, that usually throws errors.
