I may be experiencing the same problem at my end. Thought it was my wireless
adapters but I saw that my computer was trying to connect to a neighbours

If all else fails and you can attach a new antenna then upgrade to a 9dbi
one, that should easily drown out any BT equipment....

try moving your modem to be as far away from theirs as possible -
