RE: FN-FORUM: How To Rip A Whole Site

HTTrack Website Copier will do this

http://www.httrack.com

All static pages mirrored down should behave correctly but any dynamic =
pages would only work if you have a local web server on your machine and =
you set up a virtual directory for the demo.

Yes but this isn=C3=A2=E2=82=AC=E2=84=A2t what I want to do / =
isn=C3=A2=E2=82=AC=E2=84=A2t relevant in this case hence I asked a =
question and gained a response! Or should I give you the benefit of the =

with comments questioning why id want to do the scenario I presented???

Why cant people just accept that you are asking a question because you =
have a specific requirement rather than telling you how it would be much =
better just to do it their way???????????????

Hi,

Does anybody know of any software that would let me save copies of a =
whole=20
site to my desktop without having to right click and save every single =
page?=20
I need to do this so I can visit clients when there is no wireless =
network=20
for me to access the live website directly. Obviously any DB connections =

wouldn=C3=83=C2=A2=C3=A2=E2=80=9A=C2=AC=C3=A2=E2=80=9E=C2=A2t be active =
but at least I could show my clients something of=20
value.

Thanks
