A co.uk domain hosted in the US will still show in UK only results.
Likewise a .com hosted in the UK will show in UK results.
There would only be an issue if your client had a .com domain and it
was hosted in the US. Google would then consider this to be a US
centric site and so it may not rank so highly in UK search results.
