I have used Quickbooks for ages for all my needs, and still use it to raise
invoices, although the accountant person puts everything into Sage.
I find it dead easy to use, easy to customise reports so you can see just
how poor you will be at the end of the month. I seem to recall that when you
set it up the wizard asks if you are self employed or Ltd. And produces
reports accordingly. Worth a look.
