Re to dump or not to dump that is the question...


I would send him an email or letter stating your concerns and that it is not
possible to continue working that way. Then state the terms on which you
would be willing to continue and if he doesn't agree then yes dump him.

At times clients who are after all people, try and get away with as much as
they can and if you continue to let them then they will continue doing so.

If you lay down how it is going to be then they may well come round
especially if you angle it in a way as to say that if it is done that way
then they will actually end up with a better product.
