Tee hee! I always think it's better to pull yourself away, take a
couple of deep breaths and breathe! Get yourself away from your desk or
the the situation in hand for a half hour or so...then think about it -
your liable to make a better judgement then - otherwise you will just
let your emotions override and make the decision which can sometimes be
a mistake!

Go and grab yourself a beer! For goodness sakes - it's Friday - you
deserve one!

Thank you one and all for your superb responses - yet again, the forum
has proved itself invaluable. =20

I'm particularly favouring the diplomatic dumping or the heinous
increase of my costs (which would probably cause said client to swallow
his own face). No bridges shall be burned and I shall be the consummate
professional. And only a few hours ago I was teetering on the brink of
the most offensive email ever sent... I was a bit touchy. And
hung-over. And it was 5 a.m. You'd think after 12 years of this I'd
learn to be a little less precious. And to drink less.
