Nothing wrong with dumping a client if they become too much work for =20
the value they bring to your own business. I've seen it happen at all =20=
levels, most recently whilst working for one of the leading media =20
agencies in the world. They dumped possibly the biggest client in =20
that particular market because of their working processes and their =20
belligerent attitude in trying to force bad technology on us. The =20
directors of said agency called a meeting with all members of the team =20=
(a good 20-30 people) and called a vote, and we all voted to dump.
I agree, it's a sign of integrity. Get rid, before it gets you in =20
trouble!=
