FN-FORUM: Outlook XP e-mail vanishing

Has anyone (Kathy?) got any idea how to fix this. In Outlook XP, when
you reply to an e-mail, at the moment the reply is sent the message
being replied to vanishes from the Inbox.

I have searched the settings & can't find one for this. Is there a
registry hack to sort this out?
