I agree (up to a point) that it's frustrating to see phrases like =20
that. However, there is the caveat of "for someone with the right =20
skills" - at least in this context they acknowledge that they need =20
someone with a specific skill-set.
It's when you get to a conversation like "Well why do I need someone =20
like you at =A3x per hour, when my neighbour's kid will do it for free?" =20
that I want to smash my head into the wall. The temptation to reply =20
"Well, get them to do it, and then I'll charge you the same amount as =20
now when you need to fix it" hasn't *yet* made it past my lips, but =20
it's definitely there in the ole subconscious...
