There is info elsewhere on the rental companies strategies in sending out
DVDs
that emanates from Netflix in the US : http://dvd-rent-test.dreamhost.com/
and others.

Basically the less DVDs you return each month and the less popular your
choices you are nearer the head of the queue than if you return popular DVDs
quickly.
