.ltd.uk domains have quite specific rules about domain registration. See

Basically it must be manually registered (There is no automated option as it
is manually processed buy Nominet with a check against Companies House)

Unfortunatly the level of manual registration, registration rules and the
work involved don't make it very attractive to us or many other domain
registrars. But never say never. :)

Ukreg do them...
