Although you do need to tell them the call will be recorded for legal
reasons, there's no harm in trying to reverse the call and try sell them
something ;)
So when they call,
"This call will be recorded, how may I help you"
they try say who they are, as soon as you know it's a spam call...
"Please wait you are in a queue, your call is important to us"
wait a few mins
"Thank you for calling, please tell me the item you wish to order"
or something similar ;)
