When did you do this? They changed the API some time in the last couple of
years, so you may want to check you're still doing it right.

Hmmm. I also used GeoIP and the customer just accepted that if the
customer wasn't where he or she appeared to be, they would have to make
an order by phone. But in the general case, if the billing address checks out
it should be fine. After all, people do travel around.
