You don't specify, so you may have thought of this already, but if they
offer you (say) 20k a year on the books, youd want a lot more money off the
books to that - you have to cover your own NI and stuff (which they would
have to cover anyway, so its not actually going to cost them more)

Also, use your own machines, get a couple more clients - even if its only 50
quid a week, otherwise from the sound of it your going to fall under the
IR35 trap.
