Also its worth noting that for everything you pay in NI your employer =
pays
the same again plus more. So if you work for them and your earnings mean =
you
must pay =A325 NI, they have to pay the government something like =A330
themselves (or at least that=92s how it used to work).=20
So if you go freelance, then you really ought to be on more money from =
them,
as they also wouldn=92t be liable to pay you sick pay, maternity leave,
Christmas bonus, etc etc. So as mentioned if they offer you =A315ph on =
their
books you should be looking at at least =A318 freelance if not more.
Worth considering.
