I did it, under protest, for a client who insisted on it. Yes, the
amount of spam she receives has decreased. But instead of getting a
dozen email inquiries a month from prospective clients, she now gets
zero. Zilch. Nada. Even some long-term repeat customers are so ticked
off they've gone to someone else instead of jumping through her
challenge/response hoop.
