Brilliant, I too have anarchist leanings,
I believe that we should have respect for each other.
there is an old saying that:
"rules should be obeyed by those that don't understand them, but are for
the guidance of those who do".
Mostly everyone plays nice, their posting quirks tell us a lot about
them, and these quirks give us our "personalities" as it comes through
by email. Rules - schmules.
This is the internet after all.
I'm sorry if I was grumpy recently, and I seem to have unleashed a whole
heap of other grumpy posts.
I really like being on this list,
it chatters away in the background like Radio 4.
Informative, interesting, and helpful, and occasionally fun.
I am glad to help if I can, and am always grateful to receive help from
others.
( I can do CSS forms now! - cheers)
FYI The chicken thing should have been marked OT in the subject line -
but that would just be niggly, and it is good to have wider discussions
sometimes IMHO OT should not be seen as bad - the delete key is always
at your fingertips.
Hooray for us!
Carrie
Ps Thanks Tony ! it seems that the semantics are important.
