g must apply in reverse if i understand=0D=0A> your logic correctly. Theref=
ore if the guy has a physical premises and a=0D=0A> website he can choose t=
o ignore the law stating his new build premises must=0D=0A> be accessible p=
urely on the basis that newly constructed website offers the=0D=0A> same pr=
oducts / services.=0D=0A> =0D=0A> ????????????????=0D=0A=0D=0AYes that is c=
orrect. The DDA is there to ensure that disabled people can access services=
not that they can access premises. My local butcher has premises that woul=
d cost a fortune to make accessible. He complies with the act by having a m=
ail order service, this is perfectly acceptible. Its access to the service =
that counts not access to the mechanism by which the service is delivered.=
