I had similar - although for £20k. I used a company called Thomas
Higgins. For a princely £2+vat (or there abouts) they send a snotty
letter that worked wonders. It threatens court unless they are
forthcoming with the spondoolics. They don't then actually pursue it
for you, preferring to pass it on to someone else. But a letter from a
solicitor threatening court action did the trick for me.
For £2.35, it has to be worth a go no?
just make sure you pay the £2.35 invoice to Thomas higgins! :)
