I had similar - although for =A320k. I used a company called Thomas=20
Higgins. For a princely =A32+vat (or there abouts) they send a snotty=20
letter that worked wonders. It threatens court unless they are=20
forthcoming with the spondoolics. They don't then actually pursue it=20
for you, preferring to pass it on to someone else. But a letter from a=20
solicitor threatening court action did the trick for me.

For =A32.35, it has to be worth a go no?

just make sure you pay the =A32.35 invoice to Thomas higgins! :)
