Thanks everyone for their input for reducing file size of my animated gif
files. I used image ready to help with this and it helped.

But

They now want them to be 20k should I have a programme to help with this or
am I missing a trick.

I have reduced all the images in fireworks stripped all animation so only a
3 reveal gif and reduced colour palette.

So it's a 3 flat images revealing and I can't get it below 43k without it
going really horrible.

Any help would be beneficial.
