RE: FN-FORUM: swf to animated gif

This is a fall back gif Lorna? Ie if the user doesn't have FP they see
this, if so then
I would just use the proposition frame. Most networks specify 15k for
this (fallback gif) and this forces it to be pretty bad quality even for
1 frame
Kind regards=20

Subject: Re: FN-FORUM: swf to animated gif
Thanks everyone for their input for reducing file size of my animated
gif=20
files. I used image ready to help with this and it helped.
But
They now want them to be 20k should I have a programme to help with this
or=20
am I missing a trick.
I have reduced all the images in fireworks stripped all animation so
only a=20
3 reveal gif and reduced colour palette.
So it's a 3 flat images revealing and I can't get it below 43k without
it=20
going really horrible.
Any help would be beneficial.
Lorna
