The internet, books, newspapers, ideas heard in the pub are all
unprotectable from simple copying. The only thing you can do is protect
ideas and products by patent and litigation.

Hmmm I now suspect it is the NIC driver. I've installed a different driver
now (the server OS was installed by the shop that fitted the new SCSI
drive). Its now using a generic PIC 10/100Mb Fast Ether...

I don't know the registrars policy on it, but would you be able to take
control of the domain on the grounds that by copying your site design
they're "passing off" as your company?
