Any event log messages (should be the first port of call for most
windows crashes) ?
Is the network card seated properly?
Was anything else moved whilst installing the drive, check everything is
seated correctly, check cables are plugged in correctly ?
Is there enough power for everything, the new drive might have pushed it
over the limit.
